Welcome to 36 Degrees! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in beautiful Mexico Beach, just a short walk from the emerald green water & shimmering white sand beaches of the Gulf. The main living area proposes an open floor plan, suggesting the perfect gathering place for the family.

The master bedroom hosts a queen size bed and en-suite master bath with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom also hosts a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom offers 2 sets of twin bunkbeds. The 2nd bathroom is just across the hall from the 2 bedrooms. There are two sofa sleepers for additional sleeping arrangements.

There are numerous outdoor amenities accessible to guests; outdoor shower featuring hot and cold water, Blackstone grill in designated grilling area, covered parking, plenty of fenced yard space for the kids to play. The large screened in deck offers ample sitting and dining room.

Get your bathing suit and sunscreen ready and enjoy "36 Degrees" in 80 degree weather!

**The owners of the home offer a golf cart rental, arrangements for golf cart rental must be made with the OWNERS of this property, $50 a day**

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
