Overall, a great house and a place I would gladly book again. However, there were a few issues that should be improved. First was the check-in process and communicating with the management company. The door code provided was wrong. It is very stressful to arrive and not have access to the rental. For this to be resolved we called the emergency line, but it is a third party dispatch and the connection was hard to hear. They weren’t familiar with the house names, so we had to give the address and it was a struggle for them to even begin to process our request. Second, the AC broke during our stay. Going through the dispatch again, they successfully sent an AC repair person within 90 minutes, but it was still a bit annoying to have to deal with. Finally, there just weren’t enough dish towels. The house rules required doing the dishes as usual, but it’s hard to do with one little dish towel.
All together, it’s a great property and I hope they can work out some of these details since it’s a new rental this year.
