MAXIMUM 16 guests with restrictions, Max 12 Adults+ kids up to 16 guests on the property at all time, NO daytime guests. Bookings of more than 12 guests or if you are new with no reviews we will require additional security deposit.
* 5 spacious bedrooms fully dressed with high quality cotton bed sheets and bedding: 1 king, 4 queens, double with single on top (bunk bed), foldable playpen and child cot available as well.
*Towels are included, hotel quality.
* 2 full bathrooms (one on each level) with one having also a bath tub.
1 half bath in the gamin/living room. Laundry room is accessible to guests

Dream location for outdoor lovers: for VTTs the trail passes in front of the cottage, snowmobiling, hiking, swimming or fishing. Located in the Municipality of La Minerve in the Laurentians, 30 min north of Mont-Tremblant, 1H45 From Montreal and Ottawa.
On the shores of pristine waters of Lake Desert, a Private SANDY BEACH awaits you and a dock where you can bring your motorized boat. We include in your stay: 2 adult kayaks, 2 kids kayaks, 4 place paddle boat, 2 SUPs (stand up paddle board) and various size life jackets.
Groceries and gas station are 6 min away in the heart of the village La Minerve.
In the village you will also find a local bakery and pastry shop personally tested and approved :) .
You can spend colder days in front of the indoor or outdoor fire place or in the 4 season SPA all overlooking the lake. In the summer enjoy the dock and private sandy beach.

WE are VERY STRICT on the following:
-Number of guests has to be respected at all times NO extra day guest are allowed unless we previously authorized it. (penalty$$$)
-No parties of any kinds.
-No OUTDOOR MUSIC at all times or loud noises ! (Municipal rules and regulations)
-No fireworks
-Quiet hours outside 10pm-7 am
-No smoking inside 500$ penalty.
-Ruining spa water and requiring water to be changed 250$ penalty
-Dogs/Cats not permitted
