The lower levels are naturally cooler and easily managed by opening windows and letting in the mountain breezes.


The main floor features the great room, with huge vaulted ceilings, a beautiful spacious open-concept kitchen and dining area, and a well-furnished living area in front of the stone fireplace and flat-screen TV. Large floor-to-ceiling windows frame stunning mountain views. A well appointed kitchen ready for family or group meals is open to the living area. Adoor to the left of the kitchen leads out to the wraparound deck (every floor has its own).

The main floor deck features a gas grill which is easily accessible from the kitchen, making grilling and cooking a breeze.

This property has six bedrooms located throughout the four story home. The master bedroom is located on the main floor, with gas fireplace, ensuite jetted tub with fireplace and flat-screen TV. The additional bedrooms have 3 king beds, 4 queen beds, and 7 twin beds located on the remaining lower 3 levels of the home.
Sitting just 4 miles and 5 minutes from Estes Park, this spacious mountain getaway will provide a great mix of seclusion and easy access to all of the best activities in the area. If hiking is on your list, head over to Rocky Mountain National Park for day hikes or check out one of the peaks nearby that all have their own trails.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.



What to be aware of:

- Parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.
- No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers.
- Multi-level home with stairs.
- Absolutely NO smoking, including marijuana, inside or outside of this home. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED anywhere in this neighborhood except for a designated smoking area near the entrance of the neighborhood.
- No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply.
- Quiet Time 7p.m.
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a Flash Light. 
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA at 4 inches of new snow. Snow removal and driving on sloped drive when snow covered up to the property can be challenging.
