Short Stay Apartment

We are offering a newly-renovated apartment for short term rental. On weekdays (Sunday through Thursday) it is $150 per night for one bedroom, and $225/night (total) for two bedrooms. On weekends (Friday and Saturday night), it is $200 per night for one bedroom, and $300 (total) for two bedrooms. The second bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps 5 people (three twins and one queen). There are no additional taxes, or fees (including no cleaning fee).

The apartment is 1100 square feet total -- including the two bedrooms, two living areas, a full bathroom, kitchenette (with the basics) and laundry with washer/dryer. The apartment is fully furnished. It also has on street parking, a separate private entrance, and shared access to a hot-tub. It is a non-smoking/vaping unit. Pets are not allowed. In addition, there are two living areas with Roku TV's, good cell phone service and fast internet. Check in available 3pm and check out by 11am. The apartment is a minimum two-night stay. THE APARTMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR VIRGINIA TECH FOOTBALL WEEKENDS, OR FOR GRADUATIONS. THE WHOLE HOUSE, HOWEVER, CAN BE RENTED FOR FOOTBALL WEEKENDS, AND GRADUATIONS

One-half deposit (non-refundable) is due to reserve the space, and the remainder (also non-refundable) is required before occupancy. We will email house instructions (which include door codes, internet passwords, etc) once we receive the first deposit.
