And, bringing nostalgia to everyday life, the apartment is next to where the film “Girl from Ipanema” (1967) was filmed, inspired by the greatest Bossa Nova classic, which established Ipanema as one of the most memorable postcards of Rio de Janeiro.

The penthouse has three suites with double, queen and king size beds, a bathroom and a large space that includes a complete kitchen and an open concept living room, perfect for accommodating up to six people.
To enhance your stay with us, the apartment is equipped with: air conditioning, TVs, 5g internet, comfortable bedding, washing machine and outdoor furniture.

Important: With the aim of having the most transparent communication possible, we would like to inform you that work is taking place in the neighbouring building on weekdays during the hours in accordance with Rio de Janeiro's silence law (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

And for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings:

The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
No noise is allowed after 10pm. (Law of Silence)
The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags
Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits.
When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators.
For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be booked and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit.
All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
