The architectural details on the façade and the well-preserved luxury inside make the Lellis a fascinating building.

1) The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
2) No noise is allowed after 10pm. (Law of Silence)
3) The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags
5) Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits.
6) When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
7) Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators.
8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be booked and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit.
9) All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
