This townhome is a fully furnished 3 bedroom. It is a texas coastal oasis and you will feel right at home on the water. This property accommodates 10 guests with a 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath.

Bedroom 1:
Downstairs master room offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress that you can relax and have a great nights rest. Flat screen TV provided with a Roku Stick so you can sign into any apps. Attached master bathroom with a walk in stand up shower with a wooden stool for seating. Two sinks and a walkin closet if needed.

Bedroom2:
Offers TWO Queen beds with a comfortable mattress that will also grant you a great nights rest. Flat screen TV provided with a Roku Stick so you can sign into any apps. Walk in closet if needed.

Bedroom 3:
Offers a Full size bottom and a Twin size on top. Flat screen TV provided with a Roku Stick so you can sign into any apps. Walk in closet if needed.

The Living Room:
Open spacious floor plan for everyone to enjoy. Both sofas can be used for addtional sleeping if needed. They do not pullout into beds. Flat screen Smart TV, and a Roku Stick is provided. Board games, puzzles and books provided for entertainment of all ages.

The Kitchen and Dining Area:
Offers a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table can seat 4 and the bar can seat 3.

The Laundry Room:
Offers a full size washer and dryer, free to use in the unit.

Outside:
You will have a furnished patio on the bottom deck with a complete table and benches. The upstairs deck offers a sectional couch with a table and chairs to enjoy the view. You can enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine, watch the sunrise, a sunset in the evening, read a book, or enjoy a cold one while listening to your favorite tunes.

What is provided:
*All Kitchen essentials for cooking, eating, and drinking (dish soap, sponge and dishwasher pods)

*Bathroom essentials (hand soap, hand towels, washcloths, face towels, body towels, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper)

*Laundry essentials (detergent pods, dryer sheets, oxi clean, stain remover spray)

*Cleaning supplies (multipurpose spray, broom/dust pan, vacuum, mop)

*Please DO NOT USE the bath towels as beach towels! Otherwise you wont have anything to dry off with when you shower! Please provide your own beach towels to use!

Location:
This townhome is a corner unit, with an attached 2 car garage for easy access into the property. There is extra parking on the side or on the rocks for a trailer or additional vehicles. You are more than welcome to park on the street as well.

Grills:
A grill is provided on the back deck. (Charcoal is not provided).

Golf Carts:
We provide a discount code for Golf Cart Rentals after you book with us! Please follow up in our guest app in the guide section after you receive your log in ID and you can access the link provided.

Fishing:
You are on the water canal and are more than welcome to fish off your private dock.
You can also book a fishing trip, just ask us for details and we can send you the link!

Boat Lift:
You are more than welcome to use the boat lift during your stay. The boat ramp is directly across the canal. You cant miss it!

Beach:
Whitecap Beach is a 4min walk. Walk in between the buildings and voila! You are at the seawall!
Bob Hall Beach is a 7 min drive.
JP Luby Beach is a 8 min drive.
Mustang Island beach is a 15 min drive.
Malaquite Beach is a 14 min drive.
Padre Island National Seashore - 14 min drive you will find a stretch of white sand beach, scenic dunes and warm ocean water, offering ideal conditions for swimming, fishing, beach-combing, windsurfing, camping, bird-watching and viewing wildlife.
Beach toys are in the back patio to use. Please remember to rinse off all toys with the water hose provided when you return them!

You will have access to the entire condo.

The beach is a 5min drive. You can drive your vehicle onto the beach with a beach permit, purchased at the gas station down the street. You can also park at the Michael J. Ellis seawall parking lot that is located on Windward. Or you are also welcome to rent a golf cart with the discount we offer after booking. *You must be 25 years+ to rent this property.

*This is a no smoke/vape/hookah/pipe free property.

*The use of recreational drugs is PROHIBITED. Any evidence of ANY and EVERY type of particular drug use or storage of said substance(s) or drug related paraphernalia at this property will incur additional cleaning fees.
