About this property

This luxury Villa is located across the street in the lovely Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. The accommodations include 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms consisting of 4 king beds and a daybed. All of the rooms have Smart TV's. The villa is a 2000 sq. ft. open floor plan and is on the third floor Unit 401. An oversized reclining sectional in the main den area transitions to a large dining table that seats 8. The dining area flows into a spacious kitchen with all the amenities and plenty of counter seating. We have newer stainless appliances. We kept the old refrigerator giving you extra food and drink storage. We also have a small chest freezer for extra bags of ice. Sit and enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony.

We have a washer and dryer available for guests to use in our villa and we have Wi-Fi connection.
There is a shared small outdoor pool and hot tub for the 12 units in the complex. The complex has 4 Weber Charcoal grills and a picnic table for guests to use. We have a large elevator.

Extra cleaning and disinfecting is a priority to make the villa ready for our guest. We have contactless check-in. We give a welcome basket with a roll of roll of paper towels, small dish liquid, some dishwasher packs, and some trash bags to help start you off until you get your supplies.

We provide bed linens and bath towels.

The villa is on the second row with a great view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. The beach is easily accessible with a beach access right across the street.

Our complex has exterior security cameras which are located on each floor, in the parking deck, and the pool area.

Ocean Boulevard Villas are located at Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. If you enjoy golf, shopping or just hanging out on the beach this location is perfect.

Small NON-SHEDDING dogs considered! (under 20 lbs.) Pet fee $250.

Saturday to Saturday Only June through August!

NOTE: NO Motorcycles allowed per HOA. This is a NO SMOKING VILLA including the BALCONY. This includes no Cigars, no e-cigarettes, no vaping and no Marijuana.

Our Villa gets 3 parking passes. If you rent a golf cart this counts as one of your parks.

The best on VRBO

Everyone loved it!

We came for a quick family trip and had a wonderful time! The place is just like you see in the pictures. Could not ask for a cleaner or even nicer place. We were very comfortable here with 6 adults and 3 kids, with plenty of room to move around in. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful property

Such a wonderful property. We go to Myrtle every year and this is one of the best properties we have ever stayed. Had plenty of room and walk to beach was simple even with a toddler and infant. We loved everything about it. The parking was a little tough with a big truck, but we managed. We will book again for sure.

Wonderful place to stay

Loved our stay. Location was great. Not too busy on the streets. We could walk our dogs with no worries. Beach view from balcony was super. Kitchen had everything we needed. AC was keeping us cool. No problems at all. Hope to be back again.

Great Beach Vacation Rental

Chris & Lisa your home is beautiful, clean and with plenty of room, very spacious with 4 king beds, 3 full baths. Plenty of seating in the living room and foyer for relaxing and plenty of seating in the dining room area and kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for whatever you wanted to fix. Great view for being one block back from the ocean. It will definitely be at the top of our list depending on the size of our group!!

Perfect trip for our family of 8

This place was absolutely amazing! Huge, clean and in a great location. There was plenty of space for 7 adults and 1 older (16) teen. The extra fridge and ice freezer were a huge bonus as were the beach chairs and beach towels. You won’t regret staying here and the owners were very responsive and friendly.

Amazing place to stay!

This property was amazing ! It was so spacious and so clean ! The owners were so sweet and even reached out asking about our daughter and her team after learning that we were there for softball. The accommodations were incredible. They even have beach towels and beach chairs that you’re free to use. The beds were comfy and we will absolutely be staying here again! Another wonderful vacation

Family Beach Trip

The Villa was perfect for our family Vacation! 4 BR each with a King bed with the of the BR with en suite bathrooms. The Villa was very clean and the Property Owner was extremely easy to work with. The Pool and Hot Tub were not maintained during our stay. Convenient location!!

Comfortable and close to the beach.

The unit was very comfortable and high-end. The linens were good quality and the extras in the unit were very helpful. Very close to the beach, just across the street. There was plenty of room for us, our children and grandchildren and we all enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo

This place is large, clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Very close to the beach and it was great to have our small dogs be able to come with us on vacation. The pool being small is my only issue. Great place I would stay again.

Fun Girls get away with my besty

We are the Rogers and we live in North Carolina. We have been coming to North Myrtle Beach all of our lives. Chris loves all of the local golf courses, fishing with the grandkids, and playing Putt Putt with them. Lisa enjoys the beautiful beach, looking for shells with the grandkids, shopping, and the many restaurants. We love bringing our children and grandchildren with us when we come to the beach. We are making beautiful beach memories and we hope your family can make some too!!

Why they chose this property

We are convenient to shopping, great restaurants, Shows, & grocery stores. We enjoy going to Barefoot Landing and the Tanger Outlets which are close by. Myrtle Beach is a top spot for golfers. Our beach access is located right across the street.

What makes this property unique

Our villa is very large with a big sectional couch in the living room which accommodates a large family like ours. We have a large dining table for everyone to gather and play games. We also have an extra sitting area to watch tv or read a book at the front entrance. We love our view of the ocean from the balcony. A few steps across the street will put your toes in the sand.
