Enjoy easy access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the seemingly endless attractions and restaurants of the Pigeon Forge Parkway, and the peaceful Wears Valley community. You'll also find Dollywood less than six miles away and the Tanger Outlets, many alpine coasters, waterparks, downtown Gatlinburg, and Townsend less than 11 miles from home.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a custom waterfall and fountain with views of Mt. Le Conte. Inside, you'll feel right at home among the stained white pine interiors, highlighting the expansive views, stylish-yet-rustic accents, and cozy living areas. Stream movies on the 70-inch TV in the living room, in the theater room, or in any of the private bedrooms. Snuggle by the fireplace or in the upstairs loft with a good book, or hang out in the well-equipped game room to share laughs and fun times with family and friends.

The open-concept, well-equipped kitchen hosts a large island, sparkling countertops, and an adjacent dining space for effortless mealtimes. Even better, have a barbecue and dine on the covered outdoor patio or on any of the spacious decks overlooking the sweeping mountain vistas. Or, simply relax around the outdoor fire table. As the sun dips below the horizon, take a soothing soak in the private hot tub to prepare for another magical day.

Equally inviting, each bedroom is comfortably furnished with soft linens, luxe accents, a TV, and an en suite bath. An additional two balconies round out this home's stellar perks, allowing everyone to enjoy outdoor access from their rooms.

Things to Know

In addition to the listed bedrooms, the house has one queen-size inflatable mattress and one twin-size inflatable mattress. When taking these into account, the house can sleep 13 people.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
