First floor of a beautiful two story historic building (circa 1820s) that is believed to have once been a Carriage House. There is a nice fenced patio area in the rear with a table and chairs, porch swing, and fountain. The unit has its own separate entrance and is furnished with high end decor and art.
Off Street Parking is available and unit is located in the heart of downtown with close views of beautiful buildings (especially nice at night when buildings are lit up with colors).
There is a bedroom with a nice king bed and also a comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living area.
A full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, k-cup coffee maker, etc. Fridge has an ice maker in the freezer.
Wi-fi is free (password provided upon check-in) and there is a smart TV in each room.
We are located 1/2 block from St. Louis Street with great restaurants, and Greer's Boutique Grocery store with a great bakery/deli and a rooftop bar. Greer's on St. Louis should have all the food supplies (including wine and beer) you will need.
We are one block from Nova Espresso Coffee and two blocks from beautiful Bienville Square and the popular Dauphin St. "Entertainment District". There you will find lots of excellent restaurants from casual to fine dining, shops, bars; the Saenger Theater is only a 5 minute walk!
You will be three blocks from the Haunted Book Shop and six blocks from the Mobile Convention Center, waterfront and Cooper Park. (Cooper Park is next to the GulfQuest National Maritime Museum and the Cruise Terminal).
The Mardi Gras parade routes and Bowl Game parade routes will be only one block.
This is also a great place to stay before or after a Carnival Cruise out of Mobile.
