This Turtle Point villa in the East Beach area offers an expansive screened porch and private deck with tranquil island views. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is only a short walk to the beach and close to the island’s top attractions.

This spacious villa features an open floorplan with lots of natural light from the expansive windows and sliding glass doors. The living area features comfortable sofa seating, a flatscreen TV, and easy access to the private outdoor deck.

Just off the living area is the designated dining space with seating to accommodate six and an additional sitting area on the screened porch—perfect for morning coffee or homemade family meals.

The kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, a full laundry area with a washer and dryer set, as well as convenient bar seating for three.

The first bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, plenty of storage space, and a full private bathroom with a glass shower and double vanity.

The second bedroom offers two twin-size beds, TV, and a full attached bathroom with a glass shower that connects to the main living area. Twin beds can be bolstered together to make a king. Contact office for details.

Turtle point villa

The villa was very nice! It was a good distance from the beach and hard to transport beach gear. The microwave did not work but we discovered it was the outlet that did not work! We moved the microwave to another outlet and it worked great! The showers were great and we had plenty of hot water for cooking and bathing! Only thing missing in the kitchen was a pot holder and it was hard to remove pans from the oven!
