Ample room for 6 guests (option for 8 by request ONLY) with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, hot tub for 6, fully equipped kitchen, 2 fireplaces, tv/game room, spacious outdoor decks with fireplace, dining, gas grill, tv, and more. The space:
The Rustic Fox is a modern cabin with a rustic feel. This home is 2,300 square feet and rests on nearly 2 acres of wooded, lakefront property. Fishing from the bank is allowed, no boating or swimming. This cabin is also close to all types of adventure!

We are 7 minutes from the Riverwalk in McCaysville, you can enjoy shopping, dining, and take in the view of the Toccoa River. Downtown Blue Ridge is only 20 minutes away! Enjoy shopping, dining (The General Ledger is my favorite!) and more! Do you like apple picking? Deep Root Orchards and Mercier Orchards are minutes away! They both also have a bakery with fresh hand pies and unique items to take to go. Perhaps you are looking for more adventure than that. White water rafting, tubing, horse back riding, and guided fishing tours are all within minutes. Not to mention wineries and distilleries worth planning a trip to. We hope you'll come see all that the Georgia mountains have to offer!

Upper level: There are 9 steps leading up to the front door. Fully equipped kitchen with island and counter seating. Dining room with table and chairs for six. Living room has a gas fireplace, television, sliding doors to the upper deck, and a half bath. Bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in closet, and attached full bathroom with shower.
The covered outdoor upper deck includes a cushioned love seat and chairs, rocking chairs, dining table with seating for six, gas grill, fireplace, and television.

Lower level: There is a full flight of stairs leading down to the lower level. Bedroom with king-size bed and attached full bathroom with tub/shower. Third bedroom has a queen bed and separate full bathroom with tub/shower. Laundry room, living room with television, wet bar, wine fridge, and game console. Doors in living room open to covered deck.

The covered outdoor lower deck has a 6 person hot tub with jets, cushioned love seat and chairs, bistro table and chairs, and a corn hole game.

Park directly in front of the cabin. EV's are welcome! Front entry is covered and up 9 steps.
Guest access
Full access to all spaces with exception of storage room located on lower level.

Our place is on a gravel road which is very easy to locate. No steep hills to worry about. You do not need 4 wheel drive. Our driveway is an easy pull though, located less than a minute from the entrance of the road.

We have 3 ways to enjoy time by the fire. First, a indoor gas fireplace that turns on by a push of a button. Second, an outdoor fireplace, wood burning, with a TV above to cozy up and enjoy your favorite shows. Third, a wood burning firepit in a wooded, lakeview setting. An ample starter supply of firewood is provided along with lighter.

Like spending time indoors? Enjoy 4 smart TVs or get the family together to play on the arcade game console. With 60+ of your favorite games... pacman, donkey kong, frogger, centipede, galaga, just to name a few. Or play cards or board games together! There is something for everyone!
