The neighborhood is quiet. Enjoy your sunrise peeking through Oak trees on the very spacious private lots. Your Lake front apartment has its own entrance, drive down & park right beside it or you have 200' of roadside parking. Definitely a great place to relax and have fun.
Close to everything! Spirit Lake and Okoboji are minutes away, accessibility to many restaurants, events, and lake activities. P. S. Prize catching fish!
