About this property
Mountain Side Apartment. Close to racetrack, security light, close to town
Mountain Views and serenity by the fire pit out back. Netflix available as well as WiFi for your computer needs. We are close to Batesville, AR where there is an 18 hole golf course, community center with weight/exercise room, swimming pool indoor and outside pool with 2 large slides, a kiddy pool inside with splash pad plus a warm therapy pool. Batesville has a large assortment of dining opportunities, great parks for the kids with summer movies in the park as well as much more. Many festivals are held here every year. We are 1 1/2 miles from the circle racetrack, many churches in the area. If you are a singer or play any musical instruments, I would love for you to bring your instruments and join me for a jam session on the porch. We are also about 25 miles from Mountain View, AR which is the folk capital of the world. If you don't play or sing but enjoy music, there is a pickin' park anyone can play in and many go just to listen. Many dances as well in the area. Enjoy yourself!
