Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at 1PM. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.
Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, or baby furniture included?'
A: YES – There are 3 bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cart, and beach toys available in the downstairs storage for the unit (use at your own risk). Due to damage/loss of these items, we cannot guarantee any specific quantities or condition of these items. If you need additional items, there are several great beach equipment rental companies in the Myrtle Beach area. In North Myrtle Beach, you can also contact the city about renting chairs and umbrellas.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for ONE car. You will receive ONE parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA and the number of available spaces for the building. Parking is limited and spaces are on a first Come first served basis only.
Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $50 per week (Spring 2024).
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: NO - Pool bands are not required at this location.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the seasonal pool (April 15 to October 1), condo, and beach.
3 Bicycles (use at your own risk), beach chairs, cart, umbrella, and toys are available in the downstairs storage.

This community is very welcoming and offers a great dining experience (Greg Norman's Australian Grille, Stacks, Putters Pub, Boardwalk Billy’s, Flying Fish Public Market & Grill, Snooky’s On The Water, TideWater Grill, River City Café, Captain Archie’s, Seablue Restaurant and Wine, Hoskin’s Restaurant, Midtown Bistro, Golden Griddle Pancake House, Villa Tuscanna, Umberto’s At Barefoot Landing, Martini Classic Food, Mission BBQ, 21 Main At North Beach and Lulu's). North Myrtle Beach is great for adults and children alike. Book and experience this beautiful place!

Getting Around:
For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, there are many options within walking distance and other transportation options are available. There are plenty of taxi cabs available. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.
