Casa Habana is located in a spectacular area between Punta Mita and Puerto Vallarta, within one of the most privileged condominiums in the area. You will have the privacy provided by the house and its surroundings, enjoying 100% private areas, or you can use our common areas and beach club, including access to the pool, tennis court, spa, fitness center, bar and restaurant, and kids club.

The Space:
The house offers a spectacular ocean view, a pool area with a private waterfall and jacuzzi, sun loungers, outdoor and indoor dining areas, indoor living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 rooms with a total of 5 beds, and 2 terrace spaces. Parking is private and free.

Guest Access:
The check-in process will be handled by staff within the condominium. We will be in contact beforehand to share the location of the property and provide more detailed instructions about your arrival.

The surrounding area of the house is known as the Riviera Nayarit, with its main attractions being Sayulita, Punta Mita, and Puerto Vallarta. It is famous for its access to the spectacular Pacific Ocean, where you can enjoy activities such as fishing, surfing, diving, snorkeling, and great gastronomy in the surrounding areas.

We will take care of your transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and groceries through our full-time concierge.
