A second outdoor seating area is outfitted with comfortable armchairs and a coffee table, the ideal setting for your morning cup of coffee. Enjoy dining al fresco at the outdoor dining table seating up to six, and a BBQ grill. You will find one of two hot tubs on this balcony which can seat up to four.

Past the kitchen, you will find the master suite. The bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and custom Italian wallpaper with gold flake accents. Sliding patio doors open up to the balcony, offering immediate access to the upper-level hot tub. The ensuite master bath is outfitted with a large soaking tub and a spacious shower.

The first private office features a fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and immediate access to the balcony. However, guests will enjoy the home's wonderful amenities, and there are excellent public golf courses and sports clubs with daily and monthly memberships available in close proximity of Tuhaye available.
