Las Palmas is a new luxury condominium project located just South of Rosarito, and just North of world famous Baja Studios (Titanic, Pearl Harbor, Master and Commander, Fat Man and Little Boy all shot at this studio).

Las Palmas 406 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps 6. Las Palmas 406 is 1100 sqf, has all marble and wood tile flooring. Granite Counter tops, Dish TV.

The Kitchen has all GE stainless appliances through out. Microwave, dishwasher, stove, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, oven, side by side refrigerator/freezer.

Unit also has laundry room with full size Washer and Dryer.

Master bedroom has a California King, Flat Screen TV, Master bath with shower and jetted tub.

Guest Bedroom has Queen size bed, and a single bed for youngsters.

Living room has fold out couch, Flat Screen TV, dining table for 4 and kitchen seating for an additional 4.

Guest bath has a beautiful full size shower.

406 has a 400 SQF balcony with BBQ and seating for 4.

Highly recommended

This is our fourth time staying in this condo and it's very comfortable with a nice view to the Pacific. It's not as luxury a other condos I've been but it's very well equipped and everything is working just fine.

Great location, beach, pool, view

I looked at a tone of properties before choosing this one because I wanted access to the beach and a nice pool, along with an ocean view. This place checked all of the boxes. Not only is there access to a long stretch of beach but it has great tide pools as well. The pools are nice albeit a little cold. It’s annoying to have to ask hours in advance to have a hot tub heated, but they did it and we enjoyed our soak by the ocean. There’s restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores within walking distance as well. The condo itself was decently equipped. Not the most organized or the cleanest, but it was fine. The view was five stars and the condo had everything we needed. If I could ask for anything more it would be more comfortable furniture on the balcony because I could sit there for hours in a comfier chair.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful clean two bedroom. Two bath apartment. Fully stocked with great views of the ocean. Includes secure parking. Condos brand new has gym and pools and hot tubs. Easy check-in and access to the apartment. Elevators are carded for security. Really nice location out of the hustle of the tourist area. But close to everything.

Beautiful condo next to the water

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and we enjoyed our stay. The condo is big and spacious, the patio has a great view of the water, and the master bedroom is huge with a private bathroom. There is a great pool on the main level with 3 jacuzzi's to choose from. In order for the jacuzzi's to work you just have to ask the security guard to turn it on. There are quite a few restaurants to choose from within walking distance of the condo and the cab ride or Uber to downtown Rosarito is about 10 minutes or less. I would recommend getting an Uber instead since the taxis charge a lot to tourists. Beautiful condo to stay at and would recommend to other visitors

This property is close to everything, located between Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. Comforters in small bedroom need to be replaced, other than that everything else was great . This condo comes with everything you need to feel right at home.

Condo is in a great location and tastefully decorated

We loved the location of the Condo we usually stay in another gated complex.. reservations were very easy and price was very accessible, might consider staying here again.. We did have a few problems with the cleanliness of the place we were ready for bed and sheets were stained with fresh blood definitely not pleasant at all when we contacted the owner he did not reapond as promptly as we should have the first night I spent 3 hours doing laundry after that I did not want to run the risk of sleeping on someone elses dirty sheets. The next day the cleaning man showed up with clean sheets but I had already washed everything including damp towels that were left for our use. The owner simply apologized, just dont feel it was fair to be charged a cleaning fee and have to spend my 1st night doing laundry, after the cleaning person arrived with a set of new sheets he trued to say they had been washed and I had to show him no they were not, there is a difference in washed blood stain and fresh blood stains, and never heard back from the owner first morning we had to also find a coffee shop because the coffeemaker didnt work and we didnt get one till a day later late in the afternoon

Great condo we enjoy everything, it was well equipped.

We've been here before, but this trip was better, the only thing is that they are working in some condos and it's noisy. Other than that great views and great climate. We'll come back.

Rosarito get away

I stayed at Fred's location and couldn't have been happier! The place is beyond wonderful. The pool layout is beautiful. Make sure the Jacuzzi is pre-warmed! It takes awhile for it to reach a comfortable temperature. Fred was so helpful from sending me his favorite restaurants to making sure I was able to find his home. The uber we took to get to Rosarito near papas and beer was a $2 ride. All in all I loved his house and would most definitely come back in the near future. Also the security guards at the front gate at the location are incredibly nice and generous. I felt very at home and comfortable to ask them any questions or concerns I had! Only downside: the showers in the condo were very cold. I was sure I turned on the water heater but nothing happened. Despite this small dilemma, thank you Fred for the comfortable stay!
