• Propertym sleeps 10 guests, 2 extra large bedrooms, is secure, fully fenced, with CCTV cameras monitoring outdoors/common areas, with in house safe. All rooms in the house are air conditioned with Starlink high-speed satellite internet and PLDT high-speed fiber internet. Perfect for working from home.

• Large, resort-style patio, with unobstructed  views of the beach and the magnificent sunsets and ocean views of San Juan/Bacnotan. Enjoy your meals while watching breathtaking sunsets, lounging on your beachfront patio furniture

• Your backyard is literally a garden oasis, constructed around a world-class pool, surrounded by large palm, coconut and dates  trees. Play in the pool oasis under the moonlight with the various flotation devices. Water wings are available for the children.

• BEDROOM 1 is oversized and sleeps 3 persons and is equipped with a California king bed, additional semi double sofa bed, 65 inch TV, full ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and large walk-in closet for all those clothes. The room has an oversized executive office desk with a window overlooking the beach.

• BEDROOM 2 sleeps 4 persons.A queen bed with queen pull out bed, your own bathroom, 65 inch TV, desk, and opens directly to the beachfront patio. Note: Bedroom 2 can only be accessed from the beachfront patio. Please refer to picture. The bedrooms comfortably sleeps 7 guests,however, we can arrange 2 floor mattresses in the living room to accommodate 3 more guests.

• Open concept living/dining room equipped with mini breakfast bar,65 inch TV, 8 seater large marble dining room table, well appointed kitchen equipped with two door bottom freezer refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine,dishwasher, icemakerand water dispenser. A powder room is also located in the kitchen area.
