Come relax on the oversized balcony overlooking the Old River in Perdido Key. This newly renovated unit is a two bedroom two bathroom and has two queen beds and a sofa bed. There is plenty of space to spread out the open living and dining areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances. This unit is located in the gated community Docks on Old River and includes an outdoor pool, picnic area and a fishing pier. Linens are provided and we supply the initial 24 hours of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap and bar soap.

Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
