About this space
Sprawling ranch ideally located one block from Gameday shuttle, 1 mile from downtown, and 2 miles from Beaver Stadium. Wooded fenced acre lot with mature landscape. Enjoy a campfire and the 40+ foot swing. More off-street parking than you will ever need. Our goal is to provide a special accommodation for your special trip to Happy Valley! Enjoy all the fun of being in town without the hassles of fighting the crowds after the game. Treat yourself to the comfort and convenience of our home!
The space
We call the living room couch the "Oprah couch" - you can't help but get into great conversations here. The well-appointed kitchen (two ovens) is great for tailgate prep and group meals. It's also impossible to make a bad meal in the Primo ceramic grill on the back deck. We like our comfy beds and we think you will too! Beyond the beds, there is plenty of floor space for your air mattresses and the expansive sectional in the basement is also a comfy place to sleep.
