This cozy converted studio space in the St. Joseph's Oceanview building in less than a block to the beach and located in the heart of downtown Cayucos near shops and restaurants. You can book independently or with the whole owner's suite (this listing is for the studio ONLY). The space is ideal for those who are looking for a little extra sleeping space and/or want a casual, chill room near the beach. Guests have private off-street, gated parking (open during retail hours), a separate entrance, access to the outside (downstairs) BBQ area, and rooftop deck. The studio offers 2-3 beds...a king bed (this can be converted into two twins) plus a double...a small refrigerator, microwave, work desk, small closet rack, and a library of books. The bathroom is separated with a door with open ceiling access. It's similar to the space of hotel room with the improved touches of home.
