Located directly above Dubrovnik's Old Town Studio Apt. LuxeView is the ideal place for your vacation. This comfortable studio apartment is a 10 min downhill walk to all the main sites, restaurants, and bars such as UNESCO's Old Town and Banje Beach.

The apartment has a large shared terrace, AC, Wifi, Smart TV, free parking, and shared washing machine and dryer.
The space
Studio Apt. LuxeView is located on the hill directly above Old Town known as Ploće, which makes for the ultimate view with a bit of stairs.
The walk into Old Town takes a little less than 10 minutes, while getting back to the apartment requires a little more effort as you are walking upwards. This could take about 15 minutes or a quick taxi ride/uber (taxis are located all around Old Town).

*I would not recommend this apartment for persons with mobility issues.
