A gas BBQ for grilling. Generous space for up to 6 guests (King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, 2 Twin XL rollaway beds) with dining table, cozy living room space, a kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom w/ shower. Newly renovated and all new furnishings. A stocked kitchen, family games, books, all bedding, towels, bathroom amenities, Smart TV, cable, internet, gas BBQ, deck with furniture, and private parking are included.
Conveniently close to Waynesville, Maggie Valley, and Sylva - restaurants, golf, hiking, shopping, rafting, zip lining, craft breweries, antiquing, and much more within 15 minutes. Blue Ridge Parkway entrance 1 mile away. At 3900 feet but no steep or winding mountain roads.
