Brand new, fully furnished, home located outside of the Bear Creek recreational area on Lake Greeson in Arkansas. The home has 1.5 acres, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 832 sq. ft heated, vaulted ceilings with white pine tongue and groove, custom knotty alder cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, gas fireplace, and many other custom features.

The location enables ATV/UTV riders to connect to the Bear Creek trailhead, from the home, by making a short ride to the entrance. Located near Lake Greeson which has an abundance of outdoor recreational options including ATV/Dirt Bike Trails, Daisy State Park, Self Creek Marina, and Kirby Landing Marina. A short drive to Little Missouri Falls, Albert Pike, the Cossatot River, Caddo River, and Murfreesboro Diamond Mine.

Located less than an hour from Hot Springs with attractions that include: Downtown Bath House Row, Oaklawn Casino and Horse Racing, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Magic Springs, and Mid-America Science Museum.

The accommodations were wonderful. All basic accessories were provided to get your stay started. Grocery and eating establishments are within a few miles. Great fishing opportunities right down the road. Had all the comforts of home.
