This property is located in Malden, just fifteen minutes from downtown Boston and ten minutes away from the new Encore casino. The House is Simply beautiful, clean and a comfortable place for friends and families. There is everything to feel at home. The house can accommodate 6-8 people. There are two bigger bedrooms with a king and queen size beds in each and one smaller room with queen size bed. They are 2 full bathrooms and an amazing kitchen for all your cooking needs. We also have a washer and dryer for you convenience. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi and cable television.

Thanksgiving in Boston
My husband and I rented this very beautiful , spacious, perfectly stocked, amazingly clean home for Thanksgiving week. We live in Florida but traveled with our son and DIL and 3 small children. They had a blow up air mattress which was perfect for the 3 and 5 year old children. We all sleep wonderfully. The location is safe and quite. We definitely will be back.

The house was immaculately clean, had everything we needed. Short walk to the metro station and in a nice neighborhood. The owner was quick to answer questions, and when we had an issue with the dishwasher was there to fix it within an hour. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay, great communication with the property manager. We were here for a wedding and then had an extended stay to explore the area. The location is just perfect going in and out of airport and going up and down the coast. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking, and a very nice backyard and grill for spending time back. There is wonderful space for everyone, upstairs and downstairs. Walk to hiking to beautiful area. Love the old floors. And the artwork/decor. Super comfortable place to be, felt lucky to be able to find this gem of a place, and good pricing. We will highly recommend this place for family or friends!

Great vacation place to stay near Boston
We enjoyed our stay at this property near Boston. Around 10 minutes walk to subway. Nice neighborhood that we felt safe to stay there. Parking available at the driveway. This place is clean. Lots of space in the house for our family to stay there. Highly recommended.

Great central location
We loved the location of this home and used it as our base while traveling to multiple locations in the metro Boston area. Easy access to Concord/Lexington, Salem, and the northeast coastal towns. Although close to the Oak Grove T station, we found that it was not possible to bring the car there as parking filled up very early in the morning. Although it is a 15 minute walk, it is a very hilly area and we had rainy weather that made walking to the station not ideal. We found the Wellington station was a 15 minute drive and had plenty of parking. The house itself was a great fit for our family of 4 and the host was great with communication.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This house was amazing!! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.....but only a 10 minute walk to the T which made it extremely easy to go everywhere we wanted to visit during our Boston vacation. By far, one of the nicest properties we've stayed in through VRBO.

Great Stay
Loved our stay. Property was just as described. Beautiful and had everything we needed. Beds were comphy and a TV in every room was a great bonus. Two living spaces worked out perfectly for a group of 6 adults. The hous is only a gew minute walk to the T but it is all up hill. We walked down and after a long day in the city, caught an Uber back up. I would give Nautical Gem 6 stars if I could.

Peaceful Retreat
We stayed in Vinroy’s house during Harvard’s graduation week. We purposely wanted to be a few miles out of the chaos of all the festivities in Cambridge. It was perfect!

SNHU Graduation trip
We chose this location since it was on the north side of Boston and we had to get to New Hampshire for graduation. We took the train into Boston for sightseeing one day- it is a short walk, but more hilly, especially coming up from long day of sightseeing :). The house was large, nice to spread out, lovely stay. We especially loved the turkey we saw two of our mornings! Vinroy responded to any questions promptly. Thank you for a great weekend for our family!

Excellent location to Boston & the Logan Airport
What a wonderful place to stay. This place is beautiful and tastefully decorated and well supplied. Communication with the host is excellent. They are Super Host! This is a quiet area with plenty of room and a beautiful back yard. Little to no traffic on this street and the neighbors are very friendly. The location is perfect. Easy to get in and out of downtown Boston, but there is also plenty to do in the surrounding communities. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is so much better in person, it was perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet and was in the best spot to visit Salem and Boston. The upstairs sitting room was a huge delight with all of the natural sunlight that comes in. When we go back I will definitely rent it again.
