About this property
Brand new, modern home in the best location in Nosara/Playa Guiones
We bought this home for the location. It’s really in the center of everything- walkable to all the restaurants, super easy/short/flat walk to the beach and to Bodhi tree and other yoga studios as well. Our street has less road noise than the others in town so it’s really the perfect mix of private and close to everything. The house is set up very well for either four couples, or two families traveling together. There are two master bedrooms each with private outdoor space and two more bedrooms with king size beds in all bedrooms. The two bedrooms which are not masters each have split kings so you can choose to have these rooms set up as two twin XL beds or one king. These bedrooms have outdoor access to the pool area.
This property is our only rental and we take a lot of pride in the details. We love to cook ourselves so the house is very well appointed with nice pans, serving ware, we even try to keep it reasonably well stocked with spices!
We live in the attached casita part time (totally private and separate everything- the only shared amenity is the laundry room and it has separate lockable entrances). It is possible to add the casita to your booking

I am from the United States, where I have spent most of my time in Colorado. My wife is a native french speaker from Montreal.
This is our only rental property and it serves as our home base. We love hosting because it allows us to travel so much. We often live on site in a completely separate/private apartment, but are also often traveling, in which case we rent out our casita/one bedroom apartment.

Why they chose this property
We believe this is the absolute best location in Nosara/Playa Guiones. Right in the center of where all the best restaurants are (our favorite restaurant in town is across the street) but it is also one of the most quiet streets in guiones. Much quieter than the area to our north near the gilded iguana, which is a short walk, but can be a little more noisy and during the high season, can even be pretty annoying to try and drive your car through. We have none of those issues, but are an easy walk to everywhere! We are about as close as you can be to the beach in Guiones, considering the entire town is set back by a bit for a nature preserve in between town and the beach, which is part of the magic of our area.
What makes this property unique
The location, and how new our house is! It was finished in early 2024. Being that this is our only rental and we often live in it, we took extra care with all of the details. High end finishes and art throughout, we finished it like we would live there, because we often do! We love to cook and outfit the kitchen very well, even with spices.
