Pinnacle Port Condo, Recently Remodeled! 2-bed 2.5 bath sleeps 6. New King bed in Master bedroom, King bed in guest room, with Queen sofa sleeper in living room. 24-hour onsite security. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs with living room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath downstairs. Gulf views from every balcony and window.( the master balcony is a wonderful straight gulf view, the living room balcony faces southeast with views of Carillon Beach and Homes)Lake Powell on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other. You are literally surrounded by water. This is what vacation is suppose to be. You can stroll the white sand beaches, or go crabbing off the dock of Lake Powell. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset over the Ocean from your balcony, or set under the gazebo on a swing and enjoy the waters of Lake Powell. Full couch and 2 chairs in the living room. The Ocean view from the master is amazing! Wifi is provided property wide, also cable and flat screen TV in living room and both bedrooms. Chair service provided, 2 chairs set up on the beach March thru October. The resort has 2 pools, one is indoor/outdoor and heated seasonally so you can swim year round. Secured, gated community with 24-hour security on site. Carillon Beach is one of the Top 10 Beaches in the World, with multi-million dollar gulf front homes, and to the West is Camp Helen State Park and Rosemary Beach. Pinnacle Port is the best location in Panama City Beach. Nowhere else in Panama City Beach can you find a resort on the beach and a lake to the North all on 26 acres. Away from traffic and crowds, yet close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, golf. Just a short drive East is Pier Park which includes Back Porch Seafood, Margaritaville, Pompano Joes, Dillards, and other shops, along with a huge movie theatre. Entertainment for adults and kids, less than 10 minutes away. Over the bridge heading West you will find scenic 30A, with high end shops and dining and world class beaches, then you will drive on to Destin with it's outlet shopping and dining. This really is the vacation destination that you will come back to for years. This is a non-smoking unit, HOA does not allow pets. We are so happy that you are considering our condo, don't hesitate to call with any questions. Our condo is located at the far west end of Panama City Beach on the Bay/Walton County line. Finally Just a couple of quirks about our unit. The TV and WIFI is free but it can be spotty at times, I use my hotspot when I am doing work.

Good Stay
The stay was great, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, has the basics of what you need. The place is outdated but everything was still functional and clean. The AC had a hard time keeping the place cool on the super hot days but did a good job when it cooled down, we had a box fan that we brought so that helped. Has great views of sunrise and the beach. Overall a good stay and I would come back.

The worse view ever!
We were so excited about booking this particular condo for the beautiful views that they had pictures of on the website. When we got to the condo our view of the living room balcony was not a view of the beach but a view of a direct parking lot which they did not have pictures of nor was it posted anywhere. I was very discouraged and upset since the views is why I chose this particular condo. I messaged the owners to let them know that the pictures that they listed does not match up to the actual view that the you get. They pretty much just said sorry and left it at that. Another thing we did not like is if it was sprinkling (not lightning)they would shut down the pool. So the days that we were not able to go to the beach due to it being to rough or double flag with light rain we weren’t able to use the pool either. The pool was also to deep for my children. The shallow end starts at 4 1/2 feet and rapidly gets deeper. If you have young children I wouldn’t recommend this place due to no entertainment being close by. Overall the trip was a bomber! On the plus side we found two great restaurants I would highly recommend. Stinkys fish camp and Boondocks! They were amazing!!!

AMAZING and Quiet
My family’s stay at Sunnyside was amazing. We had no problem letting our teenagers walk the beach and walking around the property by themselves. The place was so well fitted that we didn’t have to go out for anything. I will definitely go back.

The property was as shown in their post. There are beach views from every window. The furniture was comfortable, and so were the mattresses. Communication with the owner was responsive. This unit was solid, quiet, and I'd stay there again.

Feels like home
This condo is beautiful and made us feel like we were at home. It had all the necessary kitchen utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and the couch pulls out to a bed. The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful gulf front balcony which is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset. We saw dolphins from our balcony and enjoyed being able to relax in the adirondack chairs. The property has all the amenities we needed and we will definitely be back!

Great budget condo
Great value to be at the beach. All appliances worked great including the ice maker in the fridge (which is a plus). From what I could see it was very well stocked in the kitchen - which is a plus. Air conditioning, cable, and internet connection worked great for us while visiting. Easy to enter the unit via punch code and close to the elevator!

Quiet, Convenient Location + Amenities!
This little community and condos are tucked away behind a gated private entrance. A bit of a challenge to find, even with GPS. Look for Pinnacle Port. Excellent location! Drive through the cutest little neighborhood to get to the buildings where the unit is located. There are pull-through loading zones which are very convenient when it's raining! Enjoy an uncrowded beach with views to the east the PCB skyline, to the west Destin but away from the noise & congestion. Publix and Winn Dixie just a mile away. No fighting traffic for quick trips! The property had a large indoor/outdoor pool, saunas, and a library. The unit itself has new floors, nicely decorated bathrooms, 2 balconies both with beautiful beach ocean views. It is a townhome with stairs so the additional half bath downstairs with stackable washer/dryer was very convenient. It's very quiet! We could not hear anyone in the halls or above us. Sunny was available for communication and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

We are so excited to own a condo at Pinnacle Port. When we stayed here, we fell in love and knew this is the only place we would buy in Panama City Beach. We can't wait to share it with friends and family. And we want you to feel at home.

What makes this property unique

Surrounded by Water!! Are you kidding, when we saw that there was the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the Lake on the other, we thought there can't be anything as good as this. Indoor heated pool for year round swimming. It just felt like home.
