This is a beautiful 550 square foot self built house in the woods. Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of charm and character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. It is only 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. I can offer recommendations on food, shops or anything you need. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Mountain biking, hiking, swimming, skiing, etc. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Equipped with a full kitchen, big bathtub, local art, comfortable queen sized bed, extra bedding, washer, dryer, TV, library, couch, dining area and a selection of teas and coffee. Heated by a stove in the winter and cooled by air conditioning in the summer. There is an outdoor fire pit and plenty of firewood for those who like an outdoor fire in the winter and spring months. A true sanctuary.
