Wonderful home, walk in the sand !!!

The house is in a very quiet part of Ponta Negra and at the same time close to everything, accommodates very well 10 people with 4 bedrooms, 1 suite, and 2 more bathrooms, with 3 double and 2 single beds, barbecue, court volleyball court, wifi and wooden deck facing the beach. In the best style walk in the sand with a little gate of direct access to the beach.
We provide bed linen, towels, gas and the first 20 gallon gallon of water.

Fomos eu e meu marido e meus dois cachorros e amamos. A casa Ć© bem grande com um quintal gigantesco e de frente para praia. Tivemos a sorte de vermos baleias passando em frente a casa. A Ćŗnica coisa que pode melhorar Ć© o estado de alguns mĆ³veis.

Sem palavras pra descrever a hospedagem na casa do Clayton... A casa Ć© tal como se descreve no anĆŗncio, enorme, os quartos, os banheiros, a cozinha, a sala... Tudo enorme e muito bem espaƧoso, isso sem falar no deck de frente para a praia.. aiynda tem uma suĆ­te fora da casa. Cabe um carro na garagem com tranquilidade. Quero ressaltar a disponibilidade do Clayton em nos dispor da flexibilidade do checkin

Antes de mais nada, o Clayton Ć© extremamente solicito, confiĆ”vel e honesto . Aproximadamente 3 semanas antes da data da viagem, ocorreu um problema na casa que ele teria que consertar e perguntou se eu nĆ£o gostaria de outra casa, na mesma regiĆ£o, sĆ³ que com piscina . Aceitei e foi sensacional, entĆ£o a avaliaĆ§Ć£o abaixo vai para a casa com piscina do Clayton, no bairro cordeirinho em MaricĆ” (7 km a pĆ© saindo pela areia saindo da porta da casa atĆ© ponta negra, sim fizemos esse percurso a pĆ© para conhecer a regiĆ£o e foi cansativo porĆ©m maravilhoso) . Casa pĆ© na areia com 3 banheiros (2 suĆ­tes e um banheiro comum ) , 3 quartos amplos , sendo os dois quartos de baixo com 2 camas de casal, piscina , churrasqueira e literalmente dentro da praia. CenĆ”rio paradisĆ­aco, fomos eu minha companheira , minha filha de 9 anos e meus pais, mas a casa acomoda com muitas sobras 8 pessoas . Acordar e dar de cara com seus pais pescando com a neta na praia, correr para dar um mergulho (nesse caso cuidado pois o mar e bem bravo) e voltar para tomar o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ na beira da piscina nĆ£o tem preƧo . A nossa experiĆŖncia foi 5 estrelas e certamente voltaremos , ficam aqui dicas de melhorias para a casa e para tornar a viagem ainda melhor. 1- Consertar os degraus da escada da piscina 2- Como o terreno e bastante grande, seria legal disponibilizar para uso um dos banheiros externos que hoje servem de pequenos depositos para que o pessoal que estĆ” na Ć”rea da churrasqueira/piscina nĆ£o precise se deslocar atĆ© a casa .

Fantastic house and location
The atmosphere is one of tranquility and relaxation. Everything was clean and organized. Clayton did an excellent job of staying in contact with us as our flight was delayed when arriving in Brazil. We will use this place again when we come again in 2020! A very big thank you to Clayton!

Excelente casa com todos os requisitos para uma estadia de descanso e lazer em frente a uma praia lindĆ­ssima, com o nascer e por do sol deslumbrante. Nos hospedamos no Ćŗltimo RĆ©veillon. A casa Ć© maravilhosa, ampla, arejada e exatamente como mostra nas fotos. O proprietĆ”rio, nos recebeu muito bem e todo pequeno imprevisto que tivemos foi rapidamente resolvido por ele. O pĆ“r do Sol foi um show Ć  parte que tivemos o prazer de presenciar todos os dias. Super recomendo!
