We hope to welcome you to your relaxing vacation at the Kihei Kai Nani. Choice location across the street from sandy Kamaole Beach 2!
Some highlights of our deluxe ground floor unit
-In unit washer in unit
-Two Flat screen TVs - 50" Smart TV and 48" TV including cable. One in living room and one in the bedroom(bedroom Ruku).
-Wi-Fi including extender to the bedroom (hooray!)
-We send information to download an app for free calling to US or Canada which uses wi-fi in our unit, or wi-fi at the pool.
-Unit remodeled including smooth ceilings and walls. Tile floors so there is no hidden sand beneath your feet.
-Air Conditioning and ceiling, window and floor fans provided.
-Two-minute walk from shops, restaurants and a busy road.
- No need to rent car for this relaxing getaway, the area our resort is in has quite a few restaurants. It has less expensive restaurants like Fred's Mexican Restaurant, Pizza Hut, Moose Mcgillicuddy's, ABC and also, for finer dining, Cafe Ole too.
-We feel safe to walk the road or along the sandy beach of Kameole Beach 2 (about 2 minutes away) at daybreak.
-Huge resort pool open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
-Two conveniently placed barbecues 30 steps to the left through the back sliding door or out the front door across the smaller parking lot.
-Two, six drawer dressers - one in the hallway for extra guests
-We provide beach towels, chairs, cooler. Other items left by us include snorkels, marks, fins, boogie boards and pool noodles but can't be guaranteed.
-Puzzles and games drawer.
-Sleeping possibilities: Please tell us when booking how many beds you need.
-One bedroom with Queen bed (sleeps 2)
-One newer sofa-a-bed queen bed (sleeps 2) with comfortable memory foam mattress - included with extra person charge
-Pack and play for baby or toddler (sleeps 1) - included with extra person charge
Queen raised blow up mattress which we don't charge for when four or five guests stay.
-One single air mattress, not raised and more suitable for a child when three guests or more stay (sleeps 1).
Resort information:
Kihei Kai Nani complex is extremely tropical and across from the sandy Kamaole Beach II only 250 yards away. Lifeguarded sandy beach with great snorkeling. Lots of turtles swim through the water close to shore. Flush toilets in restrooms, picnic tables, playground, shops and restaurants nearby. Guests typically walk down at sunset with a beverage and sit on "the wall" or carry chairs down to the shore. At the wall, they can meet other friendly visitors and listen to the breeze rustling through the palms and hear the ocean waves against the sandy shore. This beach has been rated "solid gold" and one of the top beaches on Maui, in book 'Maui Revealed'.
All the units in the Kihei Kai Nani were originally built with the same square footage of 717 sq. ft. including patio (lani), one bedroom and one bathroom.
We hope to welcome you to our condo. The upgrades in the unit along with activities like whale watching, fishing, surfing, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, jogging and snorkeling nearby lend to a great vacation.
Our guests' enjoyment is a top priority for us, and we are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding our unit or complex before, during your stay, or after you book.

Tenants are also provided with Lysol wipes and general cleaning spray for use during their stay.
Cancellation Policy: If reservations are cancelled you forfeit your deposit. If reservations are cancelled less than 60 days prior to check in you will be charged for your stay (unless the unit can be re-rented at full rate). If the unit can be rented at full rate the remaining balance will be refunded to you minus your deposit. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason including the weather.
