105 Carib Ocho Rios Condominiums in a safe, gated community , right on the sea with a magnificent view in the town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica this completely renovated bright and light apartment is a little piece of heaven. Great for snorkeling or suntanning on the beach, walking in to town or venturing out to Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Blue Hole, Chukka Tours or relax and read a book, the choice is yours. You can enjoy the fresh air with a lovely breeze while relaxing in this open air home with cool cotton linens, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Netflix, and a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Additionally the property offers security, open secured parking and beach access all in a relaxing quiet environment.
We have a lovely sandy beach and also a fresh water river along with catamaran cruises right from the beach. Infront of the apartment is a beautifully protected swimming area great for snorkeling or feel free to walk on our lawns in an expansive three acre property.

Small low rise condo located in Ocho Rios which is a town with all modern amenities and close to all the major attractions in Jamaica (Dunn's River Falls, Blue Hole, Mystic Mountain Zip Line, Dolphin Cove, Polo and Chukka Cove etc.). Near to Highway for exploring other areas. Water is aquamarine and best location on Jamaican north coast.
What makes this property unique
On the water with a perfect ocean view and a five minute walk to the beach. Good for Snorkeling, Kayaking , Sailing and Boating. Enjoy good neighbours and visitors.
