Good.• Walking distance to Giant Steps but not ski in and out. Would be a far walk for young kids/toddlers.• Can see the lift from the balcony.• Lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc.• High chair available.• Close to parking lot.• Plenty of coat hooks to hang your gear.• Bathroom was clean.Bad.• Slow WiFi. Not fast enough for normal web browsing let alone streaming movies. Don’t plan to take conference calls here.• 2nd bedroom needs new mattress, it sinks in the middle.• Lighting in the living room could be better/brighter for reading.• No bath mat, so we had to use a towel.
We loved our stay here. It's a cozy place with fun decor making our ski getaway feel so relaxing. There is a little hallway at the entry with a bench and lots of hooks, handy to drop all our winter gear on after a day of hitting the slopes. Lots of hooks in the bedrooms too. Games and puzzles were provided. Oh, and it's right across from Giant Steps, very convenient.
We have stayed in this condominium several times, and it has always been a great experience. The owner is very reliable and always responds promptly. The location is excellent, the place is very clean, and it is always in great condition.
Cozy 2 bedroom condo across the street from Brian Head Resort! Great place for family with pets. It’s our second time and highly recommended this place!
My friend and I stayed here one night for a holiday event the city had. The location was perfect: walking distance from a park and the shops and restaurants. The host was very communicative, especially with an issue we had upon arrival, and resolved the main issue during our one-night stay. The unit needed some basic amenities (dish soap, dish sponge, extra face and body towels, maybe some cooking ingredients like oil, salt, pepper), but overall had the basics. That said, we didn't think it was worth what we paid given it seemed everything was original to when it was built, basics were unavailable, and the mattresses weren't the most comfortable. I'm sure the location and timing factored into the price but there were other, more affordable options in the area that we could have found. I would consider booking this place again as I'm familiar with it.
Place was cute. Our stay was problem free. The second room closet was all ascue. No biggie. The portable fan(hot sleeper here)made way too much noise and almost vibratated off the table. Washer and dryer are communal and at a cost. No major issues. Great stay overall.
Great location and amenities but improvements needed.
We stayed one night in this centrally located townhome in Brian Head. The positives include its location right across from one of the main chairlifts, very nice amenities including the comfortable furniture, books, games, movies, decor, patio, storage and outfit hanging options. However, improvements should be made to the cleaning, maintenance and supplies. When we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned yet and when we reached Caroline, the property manager, she indicated that there had been an issue with their cleaning service. She was very apologetic and did make arrangements for the cleaner to come to the unit while we left to go hiking. When we returned, most of the unit had been cleaned (bedrooms, bathroom) but they missed that there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Upon our check out, as we followed the directions to start the dishwasher and take the trash out, we found the bottom of the kitchen trash can to be very dirty when we removed the bag.
Maintenance items which were difficult to miss include the handle to the patio door falling off, patio door not locking (there was a safety bar instead), the kitchen sink faucet being very loose and lamps that didn't work (burnt bulbs?). While the unit is well stocked with supplies like coffee pods, there were missing some important items such as a sponge for the kitchen sink and wash and hand towels for the bathroom.
I hope the owner or manager will address these items since the unit itself is very charming.
The family loved enjoyed our stay at the cozy condo! It was so close the slopes at Brian Head that made our stay that much better. Highly recommend this place!
We enjoyed our cozy getaway with views of Giant Steps lifts through the snow. It was easy to communicate with Carolina. The only trouble we had was finding the building when we arrived just after dusk in snowfall. Its not easily visable from the parking area. Thanks for the getaway space.
We really enjoyed our stay here! This is the second time we’ve stayed and would definitely come back. There is a good amount of room for a family of four and our doggy. The location is very convenient. Super close drive to resort parking lots, or walk across the street to Giant Steps. The kids loved being able to play outside in the snow. Sidewalks and parking lot are well maintained in the snow. The place is cutely decorated and has a great view of Giant Steps. Definitely recommend!
