Great stay could use a few minor updates

Everything was very nice and easy access to the beach! Plenty of towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Absolutely loved the balcony and porch! These are two of the main reasons we picked this residence. However, the steps to the beach had some loose boards and the gates to the porch did not securely lock. We had so many people walking from the street to the beach on our porch! I could not allow my kids to play down there alone. No I didn't contact the rental company. I'm stating it now. We only stayed a couple days. The cleaning fee was a little high for my taste, considering when we arrived the down stairs room still had the sheets and blanket on the floor. The guy came from next door with sheets but it wasnt until 9pm. Very thank The only other complaint we had was the area from the steps to the beach could use a little TLC but nothing unbearable.
