This home setting is peaceful and quiet. Enjoy watching the boats and kayaks slowly make their way through the beautiful canal. Watch manatee play right from your own dock and rent or bring a boat or kayaks to experience the close gulf access only 1 mile down the canal! This property is serene and spectacular for a cozy, but lengthy stay.

The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with all you need to cook a fine meal, dining in the breeze off the water in the screened lanai. Cool off with a dip in the pool and grab a cocktail and head to the poolside grilling area to relax and make your favorite grilled meal. The living room and beds rooms are bright, cozy and comfortable for a stay of any duration. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

The home is perfectly located to access to Twins Spring baseball, Naples shopping and dining, the many gulf beaches to explore, dozens of golf course to perfect your game, Everglades City for crab legs, visiting friends in Cape Coral or other nearby towns. Only 20 minutes from the RSW airport, this it the perfect spot for friends and family to visit during your stay!

Don't miss your opportunity to experience Southwest Florida from this amazing home. Soon a mother in-law/adult kids apartment will be available and attached to this two bedroom home. Expected completion is the winter of 2025.

Great Stay!

Fantastic stay at this beautifully remodeled property. Pool is awesome and refreshing after golf and boating. Easy water access for kayaking and we even rented a boat for two days and moored at the dock. Loved sitting in the lanai a drink and watching the boats go by. Very peaceful and highly recommended. Management company is friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Beautiful Property

This property was incredible. Pool, dock on a canal, and newly remodeled. Plenty of space to park. My wife and I loved the sliding glass door in the master bedroom. Kitchen items were plentiful and bedrooms were cozy. We look forward to returning again with the whole family.
