CD Lane Park also offers various sports courts, hiking trails, picnic areas, and even a playground for younger visitors. For additional fun, venture out and discover Windham Mountain for seasonal skiing and snowboarding, the Mountain Top Arboretum, the Five State Lookout, and the Kaaterskill Wild Forest, all within 15 miles.

Back home, stock up the fridge and prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with all the appliances, utensils, dishes, and other accessories you could ever need. Dine at the attached breakfast bar or gather around the nearby table - perfect for rainy or snowy day board games! In warm weather, meet up outside on the furnished deck where you can fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco while enjoying the sights and sounds of the surrounding forest.

After meals or exciting days out, head back indoors, get a fire going in the fireplace, sink into the matching sofas, and watch TV into the evening in the comfortable living area.

In the evening, take your pick from four warm and inviting bedrooms - three of which are located downstairs while the primary bedroom (with en suite bath) can be found on the main level.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The nearby lake is for non-motorized watercraft only.
Two kayaks are provided for guests to enjoy on the lake.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
