***Please note that this is an "Adults Only Complex". All guests and occupants must be 25 years or older. No children are allowed.
Visitor's policy: Visitors are allowed up to the maximum occupancy of 4 people, including both registered guests and visitors. For example, if your group has 2 registered guests, you may have up to 2 visitors per day. Visitor hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Visitors are allowed access to the unit but not to the rooftop pool area and will need to register with their ID at the front desk upon entry.
NOTE: The building is situated on a steep traditional cobblestone street. For your comfort and safety, we recommend using a taxi or Uber for arrivals and departures. This way, you can avoid navigating the hill on foot, as no stairs or handrails are currently available. Please be aware that some noise may be heard from the condo at certain times due to its proximity to the highway.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
