Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Terrible place, horrible management
Main issues: management not responsive, if I could give them less than a star, I would. It was not fun arriving at 9pm with 4 kids and having to deal with a non responsive host. (We have been given the wrong code to the lockbox), we waited for 46 minutes until VRBO got a hold of them. Terrible experience.
This place is advertised as accommodating 6 people, it barely can accommodate 4. The suite doesn’t have enough chairs in the kitchen, sleeping spaces, forks and utensils to justify the 6 people hypothesis
Not a great building, shady neighborhood, smoking Neighbors. AC is small and can only Natalee cover the living room, the ceiling fans are not enough in LA’s humid and warm weather, you will basically live in a sauna at night!
Very small parking spot, don’t rent an SUV!
Washer is absolutely disgusting, it’s shared with all units, it’s old and dirty.
The bathroom and kitchen must be original, dilapidated and no matter how much you clean them, they will always look bad. No cleaning supplies available, not even a mop. Fridge is noisy and at night unbearable for the people sleeping in the small living room, no door between kitchen and living room. Sofa is dirty and it has traces of past unknown fluids all over the sides, yikes!
The word zen should not be associated with such properties, it is not worth it, make yourself a favor and stay anywhere else!
