Casa Real is a roomy vacation home located in The Abbey at West Haven, a private gated community featuring a private Pool and Spa.
This home features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, spacious open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area. A large swimming pool (14` x 28`), 7` spa with marble overflow, with a useful outdoor shower and WC in the pool area. Separate laundry room with large washing machine and dryer, leading to a double garage. Two master bedrooms - one downstairs and one up - further double and two twin rooms.
All modern conveniences are available including Free Wifi, washing machine/dryer, kitchen appliances, hairdryer, towels, and all the basics!
This is an ideal base for your holiday in Florida; in fact, this home could be the holiday itself, completely self-contained with everything you could wish for.
The Abbey is located just a few minutes from ChampionGate, where you can enjoy two golf courses designed by Greg Norman, David Ledbetter's Dream Academy. The community is a small gated area with only 58 villas, built to a very high standard and classified as executive homes for those who believe in quality and location.
* The cost to add on pool and spa heat during your stay is $20 a day (plus applicable state and county taxes).*
*No street parking is allowed within the West Haven community.
