Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is a quiet gem... close to the water, walking distance to one of the country's oldest family-owned amusement parks, hiking trails, dining and more... with easy access to the expressway, downtown Rochester, Colleges, Hospitals and shopping. As they say in Rochester, nothing is more than 10 minutes away!
What makes this property unique
We pay attention to the little things. Breakfast, snack items, coffee, tea, and all the fixings for smores to get you started. Toiletries, plenty of linens and a fully stocked chef's kitchen. Wildlife and nature to admire from every window, the deck and the yard. You probably won't want to leave
