Cozy Family Fishing Cove with pier.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cozy fishing cove. Grab the fishing poles and bait for a comfortable family stay in Sargent, TX. Wake up on the water and grab a cup of coffee listen to the leaves blow in the wind on our deck, or on the porch swing. Or just lounge around in the comfortable sofa watching Netflix and playing board games. The possibilities are endless at our little home by the sea, come and SEE for yourself.

The space
This space is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 - full bath home located right on the water.

There's a children's park just a block away for families that would like to venture off. And great burgers and seafood just a few minutes drive.

The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as a twin bed next to it, with an attached bathroom with his and her sinks and a large shower.

The second large bedroom has a queen bed with bunk beds and a small desk that can be used to work.

The last guest bedroom has a queen bed.

The gorgeous living area hosts a large couch and a beanbag with a flat screen tv.

There is a large dining room area with a coffee station as well as board games for the family.

Enjoy some home cooked meals with a full kitchen as well as BBQ pit downstairs.

No need to overpack clothing, washer and dryer are available on the property.

A Firepit is located outside to roast marshmallows and tell scary stories.

You will also have access to a kayak on property with pier access directly to the canal.

Fishing right off the pier is a good idea, and there is space for cleaning and preparing fish for eating all in one place.

The cozy cottage get away

This property is a great place to spend time with your friends and family it's beautiful inside and outside good fishing we had a great time thanks for having this great place available I will be returning to to enjoy another weekend and will recommend this property to all of my friends and family thank you so much!!!!! I just want to bring to your attention there is a pin hole in the black water hose feeding the sink on the pier I laid a stick on it so you can see it again thanks for a great time and comfortable house!!!
