All new stainless steel appliances, combo washer/dryer, and central air and heat. Closets in each bedroom with XL TV in living room. Designated sitting area in enlarged downstairs master suite suitable for working remotely. Relax on the enlarged deck, enjoy sunbathing or simply enjoy the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Extra couch upstairs and 2 sleeper chairs in the living room if you happen to have unexpected guests. Feel the cool bay breeze and watch coastal birds flying overhead.

My husband and I are both locals. We moved back to our hometown of Palacios after college and a couple of children. We now own and manage the Palacios Beacon newspaper and have 6 children that we are raising.
Why they chose this property
This is actually my husband childhood home that we renovated and hope you love our bay house as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
Our bay house is nestled up against Tres Palacios Bay so you always have the cool breeze off the water, coastal birds flying overhead and the serenity of the sound of waves which gives our bay house a peaceful ambiance.
