Rustic Sands can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
• Bedroom # 1, 1st Floor: Queen Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom # 2, 1st Floor: Queen Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom # 3, 1st Floor: Queen Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
•Under the other beds: Fold out single floor mattresses (2) - Sleeps: 2

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 9 AM until 4 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather will naturally heat the pool.
This pool is heated by propane so if you would like to run the pool heater outside of those times, there is an additional cost to this.
The spa has a timer of 2 hours, once turned on and can be run at any time.
