Great Playa Moments

The condo is very well designed with 4 4-story units in a square with a large pool and 2 spas in the middle. Very spacious condo and quiet surroundings. Less than 5 minutes to 5th Ave, less than 2 minutes to a large grocery store. 10 minutes to the beach. Felt safe and host was always available to help with any questions or issues. Created beautiful Playa moments and memories.

La limpieza y orden de la propiedad excelente. Excelente ubicación, a 2 cuadras de la 5ta avenida. El apartamento muy bien pero con algunos temas de mantenimiento. Pero en general muy placentera la estancia.

Family vacation in Playa del Carmen

The condo itself was exactly as described. It was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Super well located. The property manager was most helpful and always available. The building itself, however has some very restricting policies whereby they do not allow any drinks or snack by the pool. Of course, we would never use glass by the pool but cans or plastic bottles were also not allowed. The person manning the front desk also stopped us from moving a pool lounger 3ft To be able to lounge in the shade rather than full sun in 35 degree full July sun. Especially because the awnings were removed do to the incoming storm.

Sabbia 3401 Condo Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the Playa Moments office to be greeted by Fernando (who informed us that it was his last day on the job).He took us to our condo and quickly showed us the condo and said if there are any issues to let him know then left. We inspected the condo only to find that it was not cleaned at all.(we bought our own cleaning supplies to cleaned the condo. The screen on the sliding door was backwards and did not close properly. The sliding door to the deck was stuck open at least 6 inches and would not close. The bathroom had a putrid smell during our whole stay from the shower drain. The kitchen was supposed to be stocked with dishes for 6 persons but was not even close. The utensils were few and far between and no tea kettle. The blender looked like it was never washed. The bedroom curtains would not close correctly. We got locked in our condo for 5 hours because the door lock would not open and a lock person had to come to open the door and fix the lock for us with no compensation from Playa Moments. Our contract said a cleaning schedule would be supplied to us when we arrived and any extra cleaning was $45.00 USD for a light cleaning and $60.00 USD for a complete cleaning. When we arrived we were informed that there was no cleaning included with our unit and that we would have to pay for any cleaning, towel change and or sheets being washed. So basically we just did our own cleaning so be aware. After speaking with other renters in the complex it was identified that we paid more than them by a great margin (our loss of course). The laundry machine is a single machine that is suppose to wash and dry your laundry (good luck with that). The couch was basically disgustingly dirt (it was at one time white in colour) and sank in the middle when you sat on it. The only saving grace for the condo was the new person that they hired to replace Fernado and his name was Carlos. Carlos looked after all the issues that we brought to his attention and was a blessing. Thanks

Sabbia...a great condo complex

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental for the month of Feb 2202 was a great experience, all the staff that is part of this complex work hard and make you feel welcome every day. My wife and I are coming back in 2023 for two months, the friends we meet also made the experience great. Looking forward to next year, thank you again for the great time.

Large Comfortable Unit Well Maintained Complex

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a well established 10 year old condo complex built as a hollow square around a large well maintained pool and patio area which has sun and shade most of the day in an area with other condos. 2 blocks to 5th Avenue pedestrian tourist area and a further 3 blocks to the best beach in Playa at Mamitas Beach Club.I chose this unit because both bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. Decor and furniture was fine, typical of rental condos. Very clean and things like a full bottle of dishwashing liquid and a large roll of paper towels make life easier. Kitchen tools and appliances in good shape. Plenty of thick towels - 5 star hotel style.I had rented units in other buildings through Playa Moments and been happy. Their office is in this building which is convenient and they have multiple units in the Sabia complex with differing floor plans.
