The property features well-appointed bedrooms designed to provide guests with a peaceful retreat after a day of beachside adventures. A private balcony offers the ideal spot to savor morning coffee while watching the sunrise or enjoy evening cocktails as the sun dips below the horizon. With outdoor dining furniture provided, guests can also relish al fresco meals against the backdrop of the beautiful coastal water.

This unit is part of a triplex located on the second floor with one flight of stairs with bilateral hand rails. Guests will have complete access to the unit and the private balcony. Guests also have access to the BBQ grills, washer & dryer, and fishing dock.

This charming beach town is easy to navigate and offers a Suncoast Beach Trolley for convenient transportation. The trolly is a fun way to explore the Gulf Coast communities stretching from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete. If you're wanting a more adventurous mode of transportation, consider renting a golf cart from a local provider, Goin' Coastal. Along Gulf Boulevard you will find many local restaurants with ample parking for guests. Nearby, there is the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve to explore with boardwalk and trail.
