Boutique condo complex with unforgettable oceanfront sunrise view—This top-floor unit is filled with beach chairs, games, a fully stocked kitchen, and other great amenities to help create a memorable couples' getaway or family vacation. Ketch a Sunrise offers two full bedrooms and baths, king- and queen-size beds, and a full-size pull-out couch for littles.

Enjoy a private stroll on the boardwalk to the beach, where you can set up your chair, soak up the Florida rays, and cool yourself in our breathtaking ocean. If you want to escape the sand, you can relax in the pool (gated). Across the street, the Surf Restaurant awaits music, dinner, and drinks, and a walk down the beach north will take you to Sliders, where you will find great morning breakfasts, dinner, drinks, and music.

Take a short ride to explore the charm of Fernandina Beach. The historic downtown area is filled with incredible dining experiences, boutique shops, and the marina, where you can catch breathtaking sunsets. Go aboard a fishing excursion, tee off at nearby golf courses, or explore the natural wonders of the surrounding parks and trails.

Several grocery stores (Harris Tetters, Publix) are nearby for stocking up on provisions, and we have an elevator and carts to make bringing things up easy.
