Located a short walk from the beach and less than three miles from downtown Crystal Beach, this charming home is ready to host you and your guests for the perfect getaway in the heart of Bolivar Peninsula! This home is 20 miles from the heart of Galveston for incredible restaurants, unique shops, and unparalleled entertainment options.

This home is positively packed with coastal charm both inside and out! The sun-kissed great room boasts a well-equipped island kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and other kitchen essentials ready to help you whip up mealtime masterpieces for your group. There is a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine, so you can start each morning with steaming cups of your favorite coffee! Gather at the kitchen counter for quick snacks or to chat with the chef, and then dine indoors at the adjacent table or alfresco on your furnished and shaded deck. You'll also find a gas grill to help you spice up your home-cooked menu!

The expanded patio area under the home features an entertaining area with plenty of additional seating, a beach bar with a sink, a fridge for storing all of your beverages and food for the grill, and a TV for watching the game!

After fun-filled beach days, come home and sink into the leather power-reclining sectional in the living area while you stream all your favorite TV channels into the evening using your own accounts.

This home includes a dual-monitor workstation in one of the bedrooms if you need to set up your laptop and do some remote work or schooling. There is a washer/dryer to help keep your laundry under control during your stay, while a whole house generator is provided to keep the space cool (if the power goes out for any length of time).

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
