The complex includes two pools (a lap pool & resort pool) two game rooms, two gyms, underground parking, elevators, 24 hour security, and rooftops with ocean views.
++++ATTENTION+++ Right now Guanacaste area is experiencing a big drought and lots of wild fires in the surrounding areas of town. Water shortages are very likely, all properties have reserve water tanks but we count on the city to keep the supply and tanks full. Keep it in mind while traveling between March - Sept 2024 thanks

Langosta is a very quiet and unique neighborhood located only a 15 -20 minute walk from downtown Tamarindo. It has a beautiful estuary which is a perfect, calm swimming area for kids! Outside the complex, you will find bike and golf cart rentals. Depending on your preferred method of travel, you can either bike, walk, or use a golf cart to get around town.

This accommodation is perfect for families or groups who want to be walking distance from Tamarindo but also getaway from the noise of downtown. This unit is located on the second floor and has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a balcony that overlooks the pool area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher.
