This upscale guest house is perfect for one or two travelers. The unit is completely separate with no shared spaces and even has its own private outdoor space:

*Two Smart T.Vs one in the bedroom, one in the living room.
*Kitchenette
*Washer and Dryer

It is important for guests to note the following:
*This is a guest house attached to the side of a single family home. The other side is also an airbnb if you are interested in renting it for larger groups. Both units are completely separate.
*Guests have their own space except the driveway. Please follow parking instructions.
*The kitchenette has a Keurig coffee maker, microwave oven, air fryer combo, blender, and toaster oven to do some basic cooking.

Guests have full access to their suite.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

Extra Charges: A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning. Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

Little Retreat

I went to the sweetest little property for a mental retreat. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon and did not leave until Sunday morning. The tiny house was PERFECT for my stay. It is connected to another larger property but that did not affect it at all. The tiny house is well equipped and so beautifully decorated. I was able to rest, read, write and gather my thoughts while I was there. I was so grateful for the communication from the host. She was available for any questions that I had. I really enjoyed this property and will return if they will allow :-)
